Telephone Mortgage Advise and Booking system is just so slow and time wasting. It took 2 phonecalls just to arrange a third telephone conversation regarding a mortgage Aip. AFter three weeks and nearly 4 hours on the phone I am still no closer to getting a mortgage offer depsite having received one from 2 other vendors.They are clearly not suitable for modern banking. After agreeing to remortage with them, it has been one long battle dealing incompetent admin, spelling mistakes, errors in emails.
